Freeze Dryer

The LyoQuest laboratory freeze dryers are designed to be a multipurpose unit.  8.7 kg condenser capacity. On a functional level, cooling management ensures optimum performance. Flexible use: with a touch screen user interface. Double stage vacuum pump with gas ballast and safety valve to isolate the pump from the system, so avoiding oil backstreaming. Refrigerating system. Cascade system. Coil type condenser. The system includes two hermetic compressors with cascade mounting with suitable safety devices. Control unit with digital display and friendly user touch screen.

M110P-30K high shear bench-top fluid processor without compressed air or hydraulic cooling water, running on a standard 120-volt, 20-amp, single-phase power outlet. The Microfluidizer produces stable nanodispersions and nanoemulsions, cell disruption (e. coli, yeast), and micro/nanoencapsulation in polymers, liposomes and oils.
