Dr Xinyi Xu joined the NanoEngineering group as a visiting postdoc in 2025. She is a postdoctoral researcher in College of Integrated Circuit, Zhejiang University. She received her bachelor degree of electrical and information engineering in Huazhong University of Science and Technology in 2019 and PhD degree in information and communication engineering from Zhejiang University in 2024. Her research focuses on silicon-based two-dimensional heterogeneous integrated smart image sensors, including neuromorphic device, in-sensor computing and computational imaging.
