Our Dry Room is used for assembly of large batteries as well as handling materials sensitive to moisture.
Dry Room is continuously maintained at -55 dew point C (RH~0.1%).

Cutter for a Pouch Cell Electrode Sheet

The MSK-180 is a tool in the production line of pouch cell to produce specific shapes of cathodes and anodes with current collector tabs. The size of the electrodes it cuts perfectly matches the standard pouches made by the MSK-120 cup forming machine, and the shape of the electrodes it produces is also handy for the latter processing steps of tab welding by MSK-800. The IR sensor (Safety Curtain) built in the front of the machine ensures operation safety when electrode sheets are fed from the front. |
